Shepherd is used by church leaders to care for their members. Here is how to get set up, sign in, and reach us.

Want Shepherd for your church?

Any church or congregation can use Shepherd. Send us a short request and we'll set up your church's own space and add your first leaders.

Signing in

Shepherd signs leaders in with a one-time code sent by WhatsApp or SMS, or with a passkey once you have set one up. There is no password.

Your church administrator adds you as a leader with your phone number, or sends you an invite link. Once that is done, sign in on your phone or in the browser.
If your number is not recognised, ask your church administrator to check the number they saved for you.
If the code does not arrive on WhatsApp, choose “Text me instead” to receive it by SMS.

Your church's data

Each church's members, attendance, and notes are visible only to that church's own leaders. Members may ask their church at any time to see, correct, or delete the information held about them. The privacy policy explains what Shepherd stores and why.
